Action and goals towards 2025
- Port of Roenne A/S intend, by increasing the involvement of the working environment organization, to ensure good, healthy and safe jobs with and incresed employee satisfaction from 7.87 in 2020 to 8.5 in 2025
- Port of Roenne A/S want to create potential for local training initiatives through visibility of training opportunities and needs, and aim to increase the average number of training days per employee from 1.26 in 2020 to 4.0 in 2025
- Port of Roenne A/S will contribute to increase the safety at the port areas through information, training and education so the number of lost time accidents (LTA) reported in the company in 2025 is 0
- Port of Roenne A/S wish, through clear leadership and a healthy working environment focused on creation of processes and policies, to increase the number of local company policies related to health and safety, and aim toward an absence related to short-term sicknedd in the company of maximum 1.5% in 2025
